Led by Jon Dunn, author of 'Orchid Summer', and Richard Bate, one of the brightest stars in the European orchid scene, our time on Rhodes will be packed with colourful orchids - depending on the season, perhaps approaching 50 species are possible in the space of the week.

Off the southern end of Italy, Sicily offers an enticing and rewarding destination for the orchid-hunter, with a variety of habitats packed into a relatively compact area, and boasting a rich haul of species possible in the space of a week's stay in this culturally rich and delightful island.

A week exploring the spring wildflowers of the spectacular mountains and colourful valleys of the Picos de Europa in northern Spain. We shall be travelling at a time when the lower lying meadows, valleys and gorges are bursting with flowers, and alpine grassland is studded with many special plants.
